I’m excited to announce that I got into business school! I got the call yesterday from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business! While my decision as to where I’ll be going to school has not been finalized – I still have outstanding applications – I will definitely be a full-time MBA student for the next two years.
Now, photography-wise, what does this mean?
Current clients – Nothing is changing, your weddings are all happening before I’m set to head out to business school.
Future wedding clients – I will continue to take limited wedding commissions in the time that I am in business school, especially from mid-June 2011 to mid-September 2011. I will also be traveling frequently back to Boston thus if you are Boston-based, we would have a chance to meet up and do engagement shoots. Therefore, if you will be getting engaged in the future, by all means, contact me! I will be open to traveling!
Future lifestyle clients – I will officially be placing the lifestyle portrait part of my business on hiatus in an effort to focus on weddings and on my MBA education. Current bookings will be honored, and I’ll be happy to refer you to some great photography friends of mine.
