What was the first thing Rebecca did on the morning of her wedding day? She jumped on her bed, exclaiming to Naimish, “we’re getting married!” while Naimish laughed. That playful energy persisted throughout the long wedding day. After a coma-inducing Indian buffet lunch, it was back to getting ready for the blue-and-white American wedding ceremony outdoors at the OceanCliff resort in Newport, Rhode Island. Be sure to check out part 1 of their wedding as well!
Here are Rebecca’s Stuart Weitzman shoes and Pronovias wedding gown. My favorite part about the wedding gown is probably the scalloped neckline, it fits perfectly with the ocean-side venue

This was one of the flower girls, her mom is one of the bridesmaids. This was her second time as a flower girl, so she’s all seasoned now!

Button that wedding dress in tight!

While I was taking the photos for the ladies, my second shooter Tammy covered the men

These hats are uber-cool
The ceremony happened under gorgeous, cloudless skies
Naimish’s friend, a violinist in the New York Philharmonic Orchestra, performed a special piece
We had a lot of fun with wedding party portraits afterwrads

Tunnel wind, you are my friend

During dinner we ran outside again for a quick portrait as the sun set
There was dancing to be had at this wedding! First up, this is a very sweet photo of Naimish’s sister dancing with their father. She was married 5 years ago on the same weekend
I really have to hand it to DJ Yogi with Boston Light and Sound – they really rocked the dance floor with a mixture of top 40 beats and Indian music! I was raving about them the next day to all my friends. Heck, forget the fact that I’m Chinese, if I were getting married I’d want Indian music at my wedding reception!

A big thank you to my friend Bilal (on the right) for introducing me to Rebecca and Naimish!

Details roundup! Most prominent about their wedding was the repeating motif of their initials – it was on the programs, menu cards, water bottle labels, the backs of their dinner chairs, and their cake!
