Stephanie of Savvy Chic Weddings is an absolute sweetheart and aspiring bridal consultant, and I love how she focuses on fun and romantic couples and draws inspiration from fashion, home entertainment, and many other sources. Here’s what she has to say:
“Savvy Chic Weddings is about navigating through the process of planning a wedding. I like to find hidden talent or hidden style and showcase it. I would also say I am a bit of a bargain hunter. My philosophy has always been that you should never pay more than you have to, to get what you want, so I really enjoy showing couples how to get the look they want for less without sacrificing quality. (Afterall, you do get what you pay for!) I also like to give some guidance as to how to go about the process of planning a wedding. As an aspiring bridal consultant, I hope to share my knowledge with our readers. I enjoy showcasing weddings that are fun and romantic. A wedding may be one big party, but it’s also all about the love of two people and the wedding day should reflect that. The blog is still fairly new and I am tweaking and adding features all of the time, but I hope it will continue to grow and evolve into a great resource.”

Meg of Sienna Wedding has created a blog that focuses on modern elements, she is also in the process of launching a letterpress wedding stationery collection. I’m loving Meg’s style – her features are spot on for a modern bride and highlight clean lines, sophisticated florals, and timeless romance. My heart flutters when I see what she has to post, as I do love me some modern weddings!

Samantha at The Elegant Owl, owner of SHWeddings, based in Chicago (woot!) and a recent bride – check out this absolutely adorable picture on her inaugural post. The Elegant Owl features work that is imaginative, colorful, and classic / vintage, so expect to see lots of beautiful, quirky weddings that truly reflect the couples’ personalities!
Thank you ladies again for featuring me, it was a wish of mine in 2010 to begin getting published / featured on other blogs, and it was really cool seeing it happen earlier than expected! It is truly an honor to have other people like my work.
