Planning a wedding is not easy. In fact, many people who contact me first when they’re thinking about wedding photography, also ask me to guide them through the process of determining what their photography needs are! It’s part of my goal of making each wedding experience with Shang Chen Photography as personalized to the unique person who is you. The majority of my brides started from my main packages and customized by adjusting hours, products, and coverage options so that my time is spent capturing the images they want the most.
I think what makes a great wedding is how you make it your own to reflect your personality and comfort zone. After all, if each bride and groom are different, why should their weddings look the same? Therefore, focus on being you, focus on what you like, and don’t let other people push you around details that are important to you, and don’t let other people’s comments about their dream wedding cloud over what you desire.
